Terms and Conditions — bta939 Platform

01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and bta939 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing bta939, creating an account or placing any wager in PKR, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

bta939 is an online gaming and sports betting entertainment platform operating for the Pakistani market. The platform provides Casino games, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Fish Games, Bingo and related gaming products denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms apply to all sections of the platform and to all registered accounts.

bta939 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following a published update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last revised.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use bta939, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Be a real individual person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law.
• Be the sole and genuine owner of any payment method used to deposit or withdraw PKR funds on the platform.

bta939 takes its 18+ policy seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen and the matter handled according to applicable child protection principles. We may request age verification documentation at any stage, and continued access is conditional on satisfactory completion of any such verification request.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account only on bta939. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, valid contact details and any identity information that may be requested during verification. Submitting false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share your credentials with any other person. bta939 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or failed to adequately protect your login details.

• Accounts may not be sold, transferred or gifted to another person.
• Playing on behalf of another person using your own account is not permitted.
• bta939 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity review.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

bta939 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) where applicable. All balances on the platform are maintained in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits made through supported Pakistani payment methods.

Deposits made through JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected in your bta939 balance within a few minutes. Raast and bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. If a deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

• All payment methods used for deposits must be owned by and registered to the account holder.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account is used — are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• bta939 does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of PKR winnings are available to all verified bta939 account holders. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. If your original deposit method cannot receive funds, alternative arrangements may be made subject to identity verification.

Standard withdrawal processing targets are as follows — though actual timelines depend on the payment method and may vary:

• JazzCash & Easypaisa: Typically processed within a few hours during business hours.
• Raast & Bank Transfer: Processing may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• VIP Members: Withdrawal priority is elevated — higher-tier VIP players receive faster processing.

bta939 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where account security, bonus wagering compliance or anti-fraud measures require confirmation. Providing false or mismatched identification documents will result in the withdrawal being declined and the account flagged for review.

Withdrawals relating to bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements is not permitted.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bta939 offers various bonuses, promotional credits and special offers to players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms that are published at the time of the offer. Where specific bonus terms exist, those terms apply in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General principles that apply to all bta939 bonuses:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or bonus-linked winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. bta939 determines eligibility at its discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated — unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• bta939 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through techniques such as matched betting across accounts, collusion or systematic abuse will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

Bonus wagering requirements apply separately across different game categories. Contributions toward wagering requirements may vary by game type — for example, certain slot games may contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. 07 Games & Betting Rules

bta939 offers a range of gaming products including Casino slots, table games, Live Casino with real dealers, Sports Betting, Fish Games and Bingo. Each product operates under its own specific rules which are displayed within the game or betting interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.

All casino and live casino games on bta939 use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by any player action, account status or bet size outside of what the game mechanics specify. The house edge for each game type is a built-in characteristic of how those games operate.

For Sports Betting — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports markets — the following apply:

• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to platform availability and may be suspended or voided if match conditions change significantly before the bet is processed.
• bta939 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by corruption, match-fixing or circumstances that fundamentally alter the integrity of the result.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface.

bta939 maintains the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — significantly out of line with market rates — may be voided regardless of the outcome. Decisions made by bta939 on game and bet settlement are final.

08 VIP Programme

The bta939 VIP programme is available to eligible players and operates on a tiered structure. Progression through VIP tiers is based on your accumulated gaming activity on the platform. VIP benefits include enhanced cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, access to exclusive game rooms and dedicated support handling.

• VIP tier assignments are reviewed regularly and are subject to change based on maintained activity levels.
• VIP benefits apply across all sections of bta939 — Casino, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Fish Games and Bingo all count toward your VIP activity.
• VIP status cannot be transferred between accounts.
• bta939 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP programme at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where possible.

09 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your bta939 account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login details with anyone and logging out of your account when using shared or public devices. bta939 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bta939 support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account to prevent further unauthorised access while the matter is resolved.

• bta939 will never contact you by unsolicited message or call to request your password.
• Be cautious of phishing attempts — always access bta939 directly through the official website address.
• Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to support as soon as possible.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bta939 and will result in account suspension, permanent ban and potential forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to interact with games or the platform outside of normal player behaviour.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage — particularly in live casino, poker-style or Fish Games formats.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus terms, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your bank or mobile wallet provider (chargebacks) while retaining associated winnings on the platform.
• Any form of money laundering or using the platform to transfer funds for illegitimate purposes.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.

bta939 cooperates with payment processors and relevant authorities where fraudulent or illegal activity is identified. Funds associated with prohibited conduct may be frozen pending investigation.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

bta939 provides the platform and its games on an "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible.

• bta939 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues on the player's side or third-party payment processing delays outside our control.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or settlement, bta939 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• bta939's liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of platform use is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits bta939's liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

14 Changes to These Terms

bta939 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify active players through the platform interface or by contact details on record.
